The first CYC Cruising event of the year will have a Mexican theme.

Date:  Saturday March 19, arrive any time after 1pm, and depart any time on Sunday March 20

Where:  Eagle Harbor City Dock, or alternatively boats can tie up to mooring bouys or anchor in Eagle Harbor.  Red cones will be placed on the City Dock by early afternoon indicating our reservation.

Logistics:  Gather on the City Dock in the late afternoon of March 19 to begin the Fiesta, then we will walk up to Isla Bonita Mexican Restaurant in Winslow for dinner at 5:30pm.  A dining area with capacity for large tables has been reserved at 6pm, We need to provide the restaurant manager with a headcount one week before the cruise.  On Sunday morning we don’t have formal plans, but last year many cruisers walked up to the bakery for a cup of coffee and baked goods before setting sail back to Seattle.

Cost:  Each cruiser will be responsible for paying their own mooring fee (50 cents/foot on the dock, and 25 cents/foot at a bouy), and for their own dinner and drinks at Isla Bonita.  The CYC is paying for the City Dock Reservation and the first round on beers on the dock.
