The Rookie Rally educational series provides a solid foundation of racing skills via classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and on-the-water activities. We’ll meet downstairs at the CYC Shilshole clubhouse from 7pm to 9pm and go over educational topics to help you get yourself and your boat ready for racing. Topics include the Racing Rules of Sailing, strategy and tactics, boatspeed basics, and how races are conducted. It’s great for crews, too! The first session is on May 16.
