USCG Officers Michael Bove, Katelyn  Goodheart ( the voice of Seattle traffic ) and Gustavo Rosas will present the rules and procedures around the Puget Sound VTS system, as well as take your questions.

This is a very valuable presentation, and is presented annually for ALL sailors, cruisers, racers and interested participants inclusive. It is usually very attended, so please show up early in order to secure a table!
