You’re sailing upwind and meet another boat. Do you tack, cross, or dip? It depends! Brian Watkins will be hosting a conversation about the racing rules in the context of competition for new and experienced racers. Brian is a US Sailing certified race officer and judge, a sailor and racer, and a CYC volunteer and former commodore. Dinner and bar service starts at 6PM and the discussion starts at 7PM. This talk is part of our women’s sailing initiative and is open to all members and their guests and future members.
