The Sailing Foundation will hold a Lifesling clinic Sunday, September 25, at the CYC Shilshole Clubhouse from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The cost for those preregistered is $10 for members of The Sailing Foundation and CYC and $15 for the general public. The cost for those registering at the door will be $20.

The day’s agenda will include viewing a newly produced training video, classroom discussion and demonstration of the gear, dockside practice and on-the-water practice.
