Racers,

Thank you for your participation this 2011 sailing season. We’d like your thoughts/feedback on this year and comments questions concerns for next.

Unfortunately CYC can not support the current racing model with just the existing core racing members. The club needs to build a broader base that will appeal to a larger more diverse group of people to encourage new membership. The Monday meetings are trying to build this blue print. We’d benefit from your attendance but understand schedules are tight. In the interim, how about helping us with this exercise? Envision people you’ve tried to encourage to join and send us the reasons you haven’t been successful.

We may not have time to respond individually to each response but we promise to consider them while planning for 2012. Contact me at bill@kamgear.com.
