CYC is seeking an additional Operations Manager to handle events, Junior Sailing and Membership. Kirsten Bergstrom, who has been handling Junior Sailing and Membership, is leaving to do some extended traveling in Spain with her family.

This Operations Manager position is responsible for Membership, Member Events, and Junior Sailing Programs. The position participates in new member and event marketing, creating and distributing member communications and member billing and collections as well as recruiting and organizing member participation in events. In addition, the position administers CYC’s Sail Camp, Race Team, and Family Open Sailing Programs. The ideal candidate will be able to provide basic on the water coaching to junior sailors in Optis and other small boats. The position reports to the Commodore.
