Lake Washington North Point Race - September 10
Skippers start planning now for the annual Lake Washington North Point
race. This 18.5 mile distance race is a test of both strategy and
tactics.
The Lake makes a great venue for this long distance race past some of the
most interesting residences and beautiful scenery in the area. The course
begins at Leschi at 1000 hours and requires challenging navigation under
the Evergreen Point Bridge and visits the furthest fjord-like end of
beautiful Lake Washington. Typical afternoon breezes allow for some
speedy
reaches back down the Lake! See CYC Racebook for details. Please call
ahead to register at 206 789 1919, or register on the web.
