December 6-8, 2002
Let's go to Poulsbo for the Yule Fest. We plan to tie up at the city marina, although there may be reciprocal moorage available at the Yacht Club. We are in the process of making reservations at the city marina, but these are not yet complete.
No pot-luck; we will dine ashore. But some snacks and warm drinks to share would be fun. To take advantage of the entire Yule Fest on Saturday, an early arrival Sat or overnight Fri would be advisable.
Daytime currents in Agate Pass are modest: under 2 (4) Knot ebb at 1030 am Sat. at the North (South) end of the pass. Slack is at 12:30. On Fri, a smaller flood is at 2pm, with slack at 4:30. The evening ebb is BIG, though.
If you plan to go, please email Derek Storm who will do some organizing and try to arrange the moorage.
