Saltwater Council Meeting

October 27

There will be a Saltwater Council Meeting Oct. 27th @ 7PM at the CYC Shilshole Club House. Please come and join in the fun and excitement of getting prepared for our upcoming year of racing. Below is a list of topics to be covered.

1. Introduction of new chairwoman
2. review race book and schedule
3. Addition of new races (a second day of Windjammer, Seafair related race, an overnight regatta- either one that goes somewhere like Port Townsend, or one that is 24 hours, a local version of Round the County)
4. Adding a longer course to PSSR & PSSC to attract larger boats.
5. Discuss why only one race was run Sunday on north course of PSSC?
6. maintenance on YC5

We need volunteers to help of the coordination of the CYC regattas. We had a great group of folks that took care of the regattas this year, some of which have done it two years in a row. If you can or can not make it to the meeting and you would like to help please e-mail me. We need to keep up the value level of our regattas and we need your help!!
