Marty Godsil's Thunderbird, Invader, in the top photo, won P-10 honors in the Puget Sound Spring Regatta large boat weekend April 17-18 on Puget Sound with four bullets and two second-place finishes. In the photo below are crew members from the J/105 Jaded, which won the J/105 competition with four wins and one second. They are, from left, owner and skipper Gerald Hirschler, bowman Pat Gibbs, pitman Jason Grauer and trimmer Christoper Butler. Sailors enjoyed good breezes but experienced intermittent rain Saturday. On Sunday, the wind disappeared, and most classes went home without racing.
