CYC Member Andrew Haputa's Melges 30 Stomp Dancer headed up wind on June 12 during the annual Leukemia Cup regatta on Elliott Bay in Seattle. About 60 sailboats participated in the regatta, which also included a powerboat event on Lake Washington. Chief organizer Joy Okazaki said more than $120,000 was brought in for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, with fundraising continuing until June 22.
