Sixty-three CYC members, including many staff commodores and spouses, attended the club's annual Christmas lunch on Munday, Dec. 20 at the Shilshole clubhouse. The event featured a meal catered by McCormick & Schmick's Restaurants of Seattle, the traditional secret-recipe punch, remembrances of Baird Bardarson and Francis LeSourd, members who died in 2010, and much camaraderie. Among those who attended the event were, front row from left, Commodore John Rahn, Club Secretary Lydia Volberding, and Treasurer Remmert Wolters, and. back row from left, Staff Commodore Eric Sanderson, Will Blakemore and Keith Whittemore. All of them are J/24 owners.
