Non-resident Guests reside outside King, Pierce, Kitsap and Snohomish Counties.
Dinghies skippered by CYC Junior or Intermidiate Members or Non-resident junior or intermidiate guests register for 50% of the CYC member fee (except for specifically Junior events). See the racebook.
If fewer than 10 boats have registered by the deadline, the race will be cancelled and the entry fees refunded.
