CYC Member Charlie Macaulay’s Absolutely was the Class 3 winner in the Seattle Yacht Club Grand Prix Regatta, held Oct. 23 – 25 on Puget Sound.

CYC members had 22 boats registered for the regatta — twice as many as any other yacht club — won three of the six classes and took 10 of the 18 top-three class finishes.

The regatta featured light air on Friday and Saturday, but a stormy gear-breaker blew in on Sunday with winds up to about 30 knots and a big chop.
