CYC is sponsoring a family and crew fun builder.  Come check out the fastest growing Olympic sport, Curling.  Join fellow members on the ice at Seattle’s Granite Curling Club.  Learn to slide the rock from Scotland 150 feet down a sheet of ice and land it in a bullseye, the “house”.  Even better, work to blast your competitor’s rock out of the “house.”  No calling starboard here, you will get hit no matter the wind direction.

To many, curling is like boating – inaccessible unless you know someone who already is involved.  CYC member, Suzy Brunzell has invited us to the Granite Curling Club to have a fun time with family, friends and team-mates.  Off the ice, the Curling Club is much like CYC with an open cash bar (green cash only).

Space is limited to 50 players.  Sign up now.  Teams of 4-5 are ideal.  You can sign up as an individual to be paired up with a team or bring your whole crew.  Bring your friends together for a pre-season social event.  Non-players welcome to have a drink at the bar and watch from the spectator’s lounge.
