Come and join CYC PHRF-NW handicapper ( and Race Fleet Captain ) Matthew Wood , CYC PHRF-NW Club Director Charley Macaulay and PHRF-NW President Eric Nelson in a wide ranging review of the State of PHRF-NW, as well as a Q&A session.
