An Eater’s Guide to Sustainable Seafood by Yvonne deReynier, with NOAA Federal
Whether you love to follow foodie trends or just like a good fish-and-chips meal, there are lots of ways to think about and find sustainably caught and farmed seafood. The United States is at the leading edge of sustainable fisheries practices, worldwide, and is supporting a growing sustainable aquaculture industry. This talk will address how 21st century ocean conservation and management ideas affect the seafood available to U.S. consumers. We’ll also talk about how to avoid doing a major research project before shopping for dinner ingredients.
