April 6: General Meeting–Status of The Club

The First-Friday event for April, to be held on Friday, April 6, 2012, will offer the opportunity for members to hear and ask questions about how the Club is doing after the first three months of 2012.
Dinner will be available, starting at 6:00, for $15 a person. The program will start at 7:00. Let the Club office know as soon as possible if you plan to join us for dinner (206-789-1919 or cycsea@eskimo.com).
In addition to introductory comments from Commodore Ken Johnson, other Board members will give brief reports on particular comments, including:
- membership renewals and new member efforts
- racing participation and registration,
- financial status
- cruising program plans
- Rookie rally
- Whaler driving training
- Status of CYC race committee boats and whalers
- Bar matters
- Juniors – sailing camps, race team, NW Opti Regionals
Of course members are encouraged to ask questions and provide suggestions as to how the Club can do better!
