Friday Open Sailing for Kids

Our popular family friendly Open Sailing for Kids will be offered every Friday beginning in June through the summer of  2016:

• Every Friday, 6-8pm
• July-August
• Ages 4-12 years old
• All sailing levels welcome
• Open and free to CYC members and Sail Camp Participants

The Friday Open Sailing for Kids program is a volunteer parent-run program and is free with CYC Family Membership. Join Today! No registration required, but it is helpful if you sign up using the following link: Friday Open Sailing Sign Up. Optimist Dinghies are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This is a great opportunity for kids to get out on the water and become comfortable in a sail boat. We welcome beginners, sail camp graduates, or anyone in between. The young sailors will stay within the breakwater with a support rib on the water.

We require the parents of participating kids to remain present.

Before, during and after open sailing the Clubhouse will be open for $6 homemade dinners, and the bar will be open.
