7pm: With boating season in full swing, it is important for all skippers and event hosts to know their obligations, restrictions and procedures for operating vessels on the busy waters of Puget Sound. This is particularly true when participating in permitted events such as PSSR. To ensure everyone is up to speed, we are fortunate to have  two USCG Puget Sound Sector Petty Officers present a quick overview of the Rules of the Road to CYC members and guests. The folks presenting are the actual  people behind the voices on our VHF radios, and are tailoring their presentation for our needs. The event promises to be informative and valuable to both cruisers and racers. The USCG and CYC look forward to seeing you there!
