Sunset Sailing for Women Sailors
Are you interested in improving your sailing skills or just having fun sailing with other women? CYC is hosting a Sunday evening sailing series and a Thursday evening sailing series just for women. Sailing expertise will vary from racing experts to none. The atmosphere will be fun and helpful and the sunset spectacular. Afterwards, we can all relax at CYC and meet new friends over dinner and wine. For those moms who are interested, dads and kids can watch a movie downstairs while mom is sailing; everyone can mingle afterwards.
Sunday Series (Sign Up for Sunday!)
- September 21st, September 28th
- Meet at CYC at 2:30
- Sail starts at 3:00
- Return to CYC and dinner at 6:00.
Thursday Series (Sign Up for Thursday!)
- Sept. 25, Oct. 2, Oct. 9
- Meet at CYC at 5:00
- Sail starts at 5:30 pm
- Return to CYC and dinner at 7:30.
Cost: Each series is $40 for members and $75 for non-members. This includes dinner, wine, and sailing. Participation is limited to 30 women for each series, so please sign up for only one series.

A big thanks to CYC members who are donating their boats and expertise to allow women to make new friends and learn more about sailing. If the series is popular, we hope to put together more sessions in the Spring. For those women who are interested, this could segway to racing Thursday nights in the summer.
