Corinthian Yacht Club and CSR Marine bring evening buoy racing to Seattle with both Sound and Lake racing programs. Sound racing takes place on Wednesday and Thursday evenings just off the Shilshole Marina Breakwater with great viewing from Golden Gardens Park. Lake racing takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings just off the Leschi Marina with great viewing from the Leschi BluWater Bistro and Leschi Park. CSR Marine has provided well over $1500 of fiberglass repair work to CYC Whalers in exchange for a title sponsorship for CYC Spring Evening Series.

CSR Sound Large Boat Wednesday Spring Series runs April 1-29 and is open to keelboats with PHRF ratings and one-design keelboats when classes are specified for them. A Casual Class will be offered for the first time on Wednesdays on the Sound. The Casual Class is designed to introduce sailors to racing in a more relaxed atmosphere. The Casual Class first warning will be at 6:00 p.m. and its course will use government marks clear of the racing fleets. First Warning for Racing Classes: 6:15 p.m. Registration Deadline: 4:00 p.m. March 29, 2009.

CSR Sound One-Design Thursday Spring Series runs April 2-30 and is open to Tasar, 49er, I-14, Star, Laser and other one-design dinghy or small keelboat fleets with five or more registered boats. First Warning: 6:00 p.m. Registration Deadline: 4:00 p.m. March 30, 2009.

CSR Lake Wednesday Spring Series runs April 8 - May 6 and is open to San Juan 24, Thunderbirds, Thistles or other fleets with five or more registered boats. First Warning: 6:00 p.m. Registration Deadline: 4:00 p.m. April 5.
BluWater Bistro will host Lake sailors after racing with special discounts on food and beverage. Come join the party.
